JAKARTA - Event of Indonesia Human Resources Forum (IHRF) will be held on September 6-7 by SkyConnections and Oudpro with the theme 'The Rising Era of Asian Leaders: Making Local Talents into Global Leaders'.
In partnership with the Indonesia Career Center Network (ICCN) which brings together more than 200 career centers throughout Indonesia, this IHRF is expected to encourage growth of local talent to become a leader in global arena, especially Asia.
"IHRF this time also brings the message of the importance of cooperation between industry players and academia in helping to reduce the competency gap faced in Indonesia today," said Aryo Wibisono, President Director of SkyConnection in Jakarta, recently.
Executive Director of Talents Mapping, Endro Prasetyo Aji said, in encouraging the growth of local talents that can compete in global arena most important attention from the talent is to understand the power of self to the right target.
He acknowledged that on the other hand, the management of Human Resources faces challenges of uncertain, rapidly changing, and unpredictable changes.
"Emerging companies with new platforms, along with people's lifestyles and changing environments due to digital developments, further strengthen this challenge," Endro said.
So, Human Resources Department (HRD) is currently no longer just a selector or a section that select people only, but should be closer and understand the talent that is managing.
"Should be closer, the generations change, then human resources change, HRD must be adaptive, otherwise it will not run out by the change itself," he said.
With rapid changes in global competitiveness, industry decline and economic outlook, maintaining competence, bridging the gap of our society in this country which is the most crucial part of the human development process.
"IHRF 2017 is our initiative to build a discussion group and prepare Indonesia to become an Asia Pacific leader," added Aryo.
At tis event which sponsored by Abyor International it invites inspirational speakers and consists of various Key Inspirational Speech, Inspirational Session, Collaboration Break Out Session, Talents Mapping Certification and Exhibition of Human Resource industry players.
After the 2017 IHRF event at Hotel Mulia, Run and Recruit 2017 will be held. The event is a combination of fun run and career exchanges from various companies will be held at CFD FD Sudirman Jakarta on September 17, 2017. Career Exchange in FX Jakarta is open to the public after the morning run run 7 km to 1.000 runners. For this creative activity, SkyConnection also works with Oudpro, as well as Go Ladies as Race Management.
