For Fourth Times Jakarta Attorney Restored Files of Mirna Murder

JAKARTA - Again, Jakarta Attorney (Kejati) restore files of Wayan Mirna Salihin murder case, Jessica Kumala Wongso to investigators Jakarta Police (Polda Metro Jaya). This restore is fourth time with same reason, because of lack of evidence.
"After investigated by investigators prosecutors there are still shortcomings, the prosecutor returns again to complete the evidence," said Head of Jakarta Attorney, Sudung Situmorang on Tuesday (18/5).
Sudung confirms the evidence issue that must be completed by the investigator and his party would not wished.
"Clear to be equipped first file," he said.
Admittedly, the police investigators themselves had coordinated with the prosecution investigators even delivered its shortcomings.
"Now just waiting to be returned to us," he said.
Jessica detention period itself will expire on May 28, 2016 or 120 days since his detention since January 30, 2016.
