JAKARTA - Court of alleged the bottled drinking water (AMDK) business monopoly was held by the Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU) on this week. In this case, PT Tirta Investama and PT Balina Agung Perkasa as producers and distributors of AMDK Aqua brand are suspected of doing monopoly practices.
This time, Panel of Judges presents witnesses Distribution And Relation Manager, PT Tirta Investama, Didin Sirodjudin. Didin be a witness for allegedly involved in the decline of Vanny aka Cuncun's Store status of Orphan Orus Prasetyo from Star Outlet to Whole Seller. This is because before the decline, there is an email that involves his name.
However, in testimony given to KPPU investigation team, Didin claimed to have no authority to drop shop from SO to WS.
Whereas the written email proofs clearly Didin's name played a role in the decline of the Vanny alias Cuncun Store owned by Yatim Agus Prasetyo. Didin forwarded an email to his superiors Lutfi sent from Sulistiyo Pramono to himself on May 17, 2016.
At first the email from Sulistiyo Pramono was not until the email address was wrong. After communicating then resend. Once sent back, Didin then forwarded to his superior on May 24, 2016. Fill in the email so Cuncun Shop buy the product at the price WS, because the status has been derived from the SO into WS.
On the evidence The Chief of Investigator Team, Arnold Sihombing still stated that the witness had a role in degradation. He suspects that the degradation policies undertaken by PT Balina must be supported by all elements.
"Witnesses follow up the desire of Sulistiyo Pramono by joining the legitimacy of the desires of degradation by making further email to PT Balina, of course PT Balina more sure there must be degradation because it has been confirmed by DRM Aqua who became superiors Sulistiyo Pramono (KAE)," said Arnold in his written statement on Thursday (19/10).
Le Minerale's increasingly dashing sales are getting more and more anxious about Aqua's side and doing all sorts of things to keep it from starting to ban Le Minerale's display until the threat of SO status decline is like the testimony of many stores in previous trials.
He suspects there is an attempt to direct the problem towards personal problems. However. Arnold is convinced that the Panel of Judges understands what matters.
"That this is not solely policy Sulistiyo Pramono but has been known by the line of producer TIV Aqua at Depo level," said Arnold.
