For Religious Song, Lesti Eliminate This

JAKARTA - Not many religious songs in dangdut genre. And one of the greatest wishes from this alumnus of Dangdut Academy when plunged into the stage of music, in addition to dangdut album, also have a religious song.

Lesti believes, his twisted voice with a typical Melayu crooked can be enjoyed through religious genre song.

And after a long to wait, Lesti dream to be able to have a religious song materialized through a single entitled 'Buka Mata Hati'. This song is in the best Religion Hits compilation album which released by Trinity Optima label.

"Alhamdulillah, have long been waiting to have a religious nuance song.. Finally now, join in the religious album with Ungu, D'Bagindas, ST12, and Gamma1," said Lesti on the sidelines of Best DVD Compilation Hits Religion launching in Jakarta, recently.

Not an easy thing for Lesti able to sing a religious songs. She had trouble when to sing the song creation by Faisal Echal Fahmi.

"Because the usual dangdut singing, crooked it likes to get out. Well.. if for religious songs can not use crooked," Lesti explained.

The Best DVD Religion Karaoke Hits album contains religious songs from several musicians, among them Ungu, D'Bagindas, ST12 and Gamma1.

Not only that, there are two new songs on this album are 'Hanya Sementara' from Noura group and 'Buka Mata Hati' from Lesti D'Academy.
