Membabi-buta: Chain Revenge Visualize

JAKARTA - This thriller genre film ready to make tension the national film lovers. A mixture of mystery and tension is made in and out of the audience.

'Membai-buta' inspired by the true story of two grandmother in Banyuwangi, East Java. Both have a chain revenge that is applied with the act of torture against new people who come to their homes.

The director, Joel Fadly didn't dismiss if his film seeks to describe the efforts of two grandmother's grateful satisfaction.

"But we are trying to be soft in its depiction. The violence which do by these two grandmother is disguised with our angle," said Joel in Jakarta, Tuesday (2/5).

Film which product by SAS Film tells about Mariatin (Prisia Nasution) who became a maid at home two grandmother, Sundari (Ivanka Suwandi) and Sulasesmi (Lenny Charlotte).

Together with her daughter, Asti (Aurelia Ramdhani), Mariatin lives in the house of his master. However, just a few days, Mariatin began to feel the oddities with two of her employers, which ultimately threaten safety of her soul.

Despite the soft effort, the effects of tension and the harshness of this film is still able to make adrenaline spurred. The use of sharp weapons as a Sulasesmi tool to torture looks very real.

"I was really worried when filming procces because the knife was real, Joel even reminded me that I held knife upside down, it might have been a tense effect because I was afraid the knife cut the other cast," said Lenny Charlotte, Sulasesmi.

"We are targeting the teen market, because horror films and thriller genre is the have teenagers biggest fan," said Devi Monica from SAS Film.
