Former Head of National Intelligence Agency Song Also Hijacked

JAKARTA - Hijacked of songs in physical and digital form still difficult to remove. This makes Indonesia Artist of Recording and Creator Association (PAPPRI), Indonesia Recording Industry Association (ASIRI) and Nagaswara label visited Criminal Investigation Agency (Bareskrim) Police Headquarters to report this criminal act.
In Tuesday (2/5) afternoon, singer Delon with Hesty Klepek-Klepek, Uci Sucita, Susi Legit, KK Band and their label, Nagaswara made a hijacked report on Delon and Siti Badriah duet song titled 'Cinta tak Harus Memiliki' by AM Hendripriyono who also former Head of National Intelligence Agency (BIN).
"The work of Mr Hendropriyono, who is also the chairman of PAPPRI, has been hijacked and sold in Glodok," said CEO of Nagaswara, Rahayu Kertawiguna at Bareskrim office, Jakarta on Tuesday (2/5).
Rahayu with the singers came with carrying a large plastic bag containing a collection of hijacked CD and DVD found at Glodok, the largest CD shops in Jakarta. The album cover same but the color is more opaque.
On the day of National Music 2017, Nagaswara label together with some artists also came to Glodok. And the results found hijacked CD dangdut singer Fitri Carlina.
Related hijacking the song who he sing with Siti Badriah, Delon admitted sad for that. He hopes police can investigate the piracy of musical work.
"Hopefully with our reporting responded well and assisted by Bareskrim today," said Delon.
He asserted, there must be real action from this reporting.
"We are also not in vain, also Mr Hendropriyono who has created this song. We hope there's a real act," added Delon.
