In Hong Kong, President Jokowi Distributed Bicycles too

HONG KONG - President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) met with Indonesian citizens and distributed bicycles to a number of them at the Asia World Expo Ground in Hong Kong on Sunday (30/4).
President talked to about 5,400 Indonesian citizens who attended the event called "Temu Kangen President RI dan Ibu Negara" (Reunion with Indonesian President and First Lady) at the Asia World Expo Ground.
During the audience, Jokowi said that Indonesia is a great country with about 17 thousand islands, 34 provinces, 516 districts/municipalities. It has 714 ethnic groups and 1,100 local languages. He said that many state leaders praised the harmonious life in Indonesia regardless of its diversity.
Before delivering his speech, the President circled the building first to greet and shake hands with the Indonesian community in Hong Kong. However, not all sides can be reached because so many Indonesian people in the meeting hall.
Therefore, from the side that did not get to him, the President asked two people to appear on stage, then advance Romlah from Jombang and Iin Kediri origin.
Romlah who got the first chance, asked by President, "Not forgetting Indonesia right?" Romlah asserted that he really love Indonesia.
The President also asked Romlah to mention Pancasila. After successfully answering, the President asked, "A bike gift will be sent to Jombang or Hong Kong?"
"Jombang," replied Romlah. The President also asked Romlah to register his address in Jombang to the President's aide, Colonel Mar Ili Dasili.
When it was Iin's turn, as did Romlah, the President also asked him to mention Pancasila. After successfully mentioning Pancasila, the President again asked, "Will be sent to Hong Kong or Kediri?"
"Kediri," Iin replied. The president also asked Iin to give his address in Kediri to the President's aide to send the bicycle.
After they returned to their seats, President advised that Indonesians in Hong Kong should not forget Pancasila.
"Although already in Hong Kong, do not forget Pancasila," said the President.
In addition to asking questions, the President also requested input and complaints from the Indonesian citizens in Hong Kong.
One of the complaints submitted Ina, workers from Pekalongan. He told the President that Indonesian workers who would return to the country were complicated because they had to have KTKLN (Card of Foreign Workers).
However, Head of National Agency for Placement and Protection of Indonesian Workers (BNP2TKI) Nusron Wahid mentioned that since 2015 KTKLN is not required, simply by having work visa and work contract.
The President who listened directly to Nusron's answer insisted that he had ordered all his ranks to no longer inhibit the service.
"Please immediately delivered there must be inhibitors. Easy things become difficult. Should not be like that. Just tell me who his office is. Let it all clear, I do not want to hear things like this again," President asserted.
The President also apologized for the obstacles that continue to occur that make people difficult.
"I apologize if such incidents are still happening. There are still uncontrollable, we will continue to improve, we fix," said him.
