JAKARTA - After being transferred to Jakarta Eye Center hospital, investigator of Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), Novel Baswedan who attacked by acid, transferred again and will undergoing treatment at a hospital in Singapore.
Around 09.30 WIB, Novel Baswedan out from Jakarta Eye Center hospital uses a wheelchair. And with help his family, Novel toward ambulances. Around 10:30 WIB, Novel flown to Singapore.
Although powerless to say hello because his face was injured, but Novel was waving to reporters. On that occasion, Novel also received a message from his wife.
"Be careful," said Emilda, Novel wife with crying.
Related perpetrators of this attack, Novel admitted if several times he followed stranger. In fact, Novel was photographing face of these strangers.
"No specific follow. But there are symptoms suspicious, there are people who often come to the his neighborhood, even photographed, stay searched later," said former Chairman of Constitutional Court (MK), Mahfud MD after visiting Novel in Jakarta Eye Center hospital, Tuesday (11/4).
However, he declined to speculate whether the unidentified person who photographed Novel as perpetrators of acid attack at that dawn.
"But as an early indication perhaps there are people who are often close to. It may be (become the evidence)," he said.
However, Novel does not tell the details of the characteristics of the person being photographed. Mahfud sure the police were able to uncover this acid attack perpetrators.
"I mean, out police was great. No less great with detectives in Agatha Christy story. Our police can do that," he concluded.
