JAKARTA - Sports should be fun, exciting and could be an alternative entertainment. This is who Liza Natalia campaigned to mothers of households who every day struggling with they homework.
"There is no longer any reason for the mothers lazy to exercise and it can be done through chores such as washing, for example. Even things like this could be the sports facilities that can be contested," said Liza after become gymnastics competition in Easy Gerakan Mencuci Gembira (Easy Gembira) in Jakarta, Sunday (9/4).
And when asked Easy to campaign this, Liza was undertakes. She began designing gymnastic movements based on the washing activities, ranging from hand, foot and the entire body.
"Of course, the movements more have spirit but remains an element of fun. It's not a quick process, you know. I'm design movement also sing and make music videos. This form of enthusiasm and support me in this program," explained Liza.
Happy Easy event itself has been followed about 4,000 women in more than 40 villages in Jakarta since March 11, 2017 last. The campaign is also supported by Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) of Jakarta.
"We do not think the public response would big. They come with the spirit, rejoicing, even beyond our expectations. And finally, a group of Sukapura village, North Jakarta out as the first winner who earned 95.8 points in showing the overall compactness, passion, choreography, costumes attributes and the number of participants in the group," said Associate Vice President Fabric & Home Care and Human Health care, PT Kao Indonesia, Susilowati.
