New Year's Eve, West-Central Java National Road Drivable

BANJAR - Still remember the national road which connecting West Java and Central Java in Banjar city which collapsed few months ago?

Brig. M Isa road, precisely in the Katapang area, Purwaharja, Banjar, West Java was confirmed on 2017 New Year's Eve already drivable.

Certainty is revealed by Committing Officer (CO) of road improvement project, Irwan Candra when reviewing work at the site, recently.

"This work confirmed completion at December 30, 2016, now just completed the top layer only. On the night of New Year road is drivable. However, for a small vehicle pass first," said Irwan.

Meanwhile, the large tonnage vehicles can get through this road one week after the new years. It aims to keep the construction of roads more secure. Irwan also assured that the project already has a solution if the road under water precipitates as they had done before.

"God willing, it will not happen precipitate water again as it used, and we already have a solution," said Irwan.

Meanwhile, Banjar Mayor, Ade Uu Sukaesih say thanks to the central and provincial governments are responsive to the problem of collapsed road in Katapang. And then on New Year's Eve the road has been able to pass a vehicle.

In order to avoid congestion the new years eve, she will coordinate with Banjar Police and the Department of Transportation (Dishub) Banjar city to talk about traffic engineering.

"The traffic engineering on new years eve certainly very important to do for no congestion in the path of the Banjar city," said Ade Uu.
