JAKARTA - Speaking foreign investment in Indonesia, should not be separated from rule of law. This is emphasized Lusiana Sanato, a practitioner and consultant foreign direct investment (FDI).

"For them, the rule of law number one. Foreign investors need it," said Lusiana on the sidelines of the International Law Seminar entitled Politics and International Law Facing Trade Turbulences in Jakarta, recently.

He did not hesitate to emphasize this in his doctoral dissertation, entitled Protection of Foreign Investors Under Law No. 25/2007 on Foreign Investment (PMA).

"In the context of Indonesia, we just opened the rules of investment. During this time, many business sectors closed to foreign investors and is now open. We have also already entered the era of openness among ASEAN members. That means we have to change of behavior in business," she said.

She hoped, the seminar which held by Study Program (Prodi) S-3 Jayabaya also be a reference, increase knowledge and help people understand the changes that are directly continuously in the era of globalization.

"As the university which continues to grow, it's time Jayabaya students, especially
Law Doctoral Program, understand and participate in guarding regulations in Indonesia," she concluded.
